Ето че наближава един от най-дългоочакваните моменти, когато всеки гост е с лист за оценка в ръка, а на „кръглата маса“ имаме гости, които накрая на вечерята ще споделят своето професионално мнение и обратната връзка към нашите студенти.
🎉 Върни се назад… на рождения си ден, когато беше на 6. Всички гости са с шапки от картон, на масата има бухтички, макарони със сирене, а най-голямата драма е кой ще спечели играчката от Kinder.
🍭 На 14 август ще седнем всички заедно на една маса, за да се върнем там – в детството. Върху чиниите ще има вкус, спомен и изненада. Ще се смеем, ще се чудим “Какво е това ястие? Ама чакай, това ми мирише на...” и ще се върнем в магазина на дядо на село, в лафката до училище, в кухнята на мама.
👩🍳 Студентите от HRC ще ви сготвят не просто вечеря, а една носталгична приказка в 6 корса + най-вкусния хляб, вдъхновени от детството им. Всеки ще представи ястие от своето детство, но през финия филтър на професионалната кухня.
🍽️ Няма меню (още), но има обещание: ще си тръгнеш сит, щастлив и с усмивка.
И може би с петно от боза на ризата – от щастие, не нарочно.

One of the most anticipated moments of the year is approaching — when each guest holds a scorecard, and around the “round table,” we welcome guests who will share their professional feedback with our students at the end of the evening.
🎉 Take a trip back... to your 6th birthday. Party hats made of cardboard, a table full of fried dough balls, macaroni and cheese, and the biggest drama of the night — who gets the toy from the Kinder egg?
🍭 On August 14th, we’ll all sit together at one big table to revisit that feeling — childhood. On your plate, there will be flavor, memory, and surprise. We’ll laugh, we’ll guess “What is this dish? Wait, it smells like…”, and we’ll travel back to grandpa’s village shop, the school kiosk, and mom’s kitchen.
👩🍳 The HRC students won’t just cook dinner for you — they’ll serve you a nostalgic six-course story + the most delicious bread, inspired by their own childhoods.
Each dish will represent a student’s national background, reimagined through the refined lens of professional culinary training.
🎈 There’s no menu (yet), but we do promise this: you’ll leave full, happy, and smiling.
And maybe with a small boza stain on your shirt — out of joy, not by accident.
